Back in town and our first stop was Joe's Pasty Shop. This place always has a great tasting pasty. I loved Joe's Pasty as a kid, now I can't wait to get back to Ironwood and pick up a bunch. I have had others but Joe's is the Best! Was back in the area this summer and made sure that I got over to Joe's to get my pasty fix. They were great as always. Only wished I could take some back to California with me...

Best authentic pasties around. Good in size and quality ingredients. We buy frozen to go and enjoy back home. If you want good pasties, you can’t go wrong here.

So cute little shop it looks like takeout only unless you wanna eat outside if there’s no seating inside. We have several varieties of frozen pasties and the Traditional variety are available hot. The customer service was very good.

What a surprise our route to Bond Falls. We were served hot scrumptious organic beef, potatoes, onions and salt pasties. We bought a frozen scrambled egg, meat, etc for our next morning breakfast. Thankful we saw Joe's Pasty on our map!! Don't miss out.

I'm completely blown away by the way Joe's Pasty Shop has changed. I think it's absolutely amazing inside, they have come so far!!! The quality of the food & service is by far the best!!! They have stayed with tradition with their pasties over the years & kept it Family Friendly. I'm beyond impressed by how far they have come & I will continue to go there for many years to come, and a huge thank you to Heather & Jack for their excellent customer service!!

Older shop but it adds to the atmosphere! The Pasty was really good and you can easily understand why it was a staple of the miners in England and the UP of MI. If you are in Ironwood, MI. This is a must stop for something not easily found elsewhere! Bravo!

I’ve been in search of the perfect pasty like I remember from my childhood and I found it at Joe’s Pasty Shop! Perfect crust - lots of filling and delicious flavor. I bought the frozen and cooked them at home and they were amazing! I will be stocking up on my next trip. No photos since I ate it so fast!

We accidentally came across Joe's a few years back. I absolutely LOVE the Bacon Cheeseburger one. I could eat it everyday! Sadly, I've moved farther away (was 3 hours, now 5 hours away), and sadly, health reasons prevents driving that far now. Wish they were sold in Eau Claire WI. These are the Best pasties!
